We attended  a workshop with John Willett from Jolin Consulting early last year – THE best decision we have ever made for the future of managing our staff. 

Interestingly enough, the 3 of us had the same personality traits which made for a “lively” afternoon.

John was informative, and gave us quite a few tips – including the type of language to use with staff when they are not doing 100% of their duties.

It was fun and allowed us to think & come up with our own solutions and John tweaked a little bit to ensure we were able to get the best out of the session and staff.

Highly recommend John, we have seen a big shift in our approach to staff management, communication, and environment of the workplace.
