This Request is to establish a Contract for the inspection, servicing, maintenance and identification of faults for Mechanical HVAC services to maintain safe operational condition.
BMW are seeking companies with suitable experience and qualifications to provide these Services.
Typical Mechanical equipment / systems requiring routine servicing include but are not limited to:
Air Conditioning Systems including but not limited to Chilled and Heating water Systems; All Air & Air–Water Systems; Package Direct Expansion (DX) Systems; DX Split Systems; Variable Refrigerant Volume/Flow Systems,
Ventilation systems; Kitchen Exhaust Systems; Evaporative Cooling Systems; Gas heating systems; Natural Ventilation Systems; Control Systems including pneumatic systems, direct digital control systems, Building Management systems; and proprietary control systems; Water treatment systems (HVAC Systems).

Horizon Power invites suitably qualified organisations to submit a response for our Technology Managed Services tender.
Horizon Power is a State Government-owned, commercially-focused statutory corporation that provides safe and reliable power to more than 100,000 residents and 10,000 businesses, including major industry in regional towns and remote communities across Western Australia.
Horizon Power is seeking to establish a Managed Services arrangement with an experienced, progressive and innovative partner that will support our Technology Group with the following requirements:
- Core Services which may include – Account Management; Service Management;
System Management;
End User Services;
Applications Support; and
Discretionary Services (minor works program).
- Additional Services –
IT Projects Services;
Application Development (incorporating high velocity development and deployment); and
- Optional Services – extended support hours and/or SLAs.
This Request replaces current arrangements for IT Application Support and Development Services and IT Infrastructure Support Services.
A Briefing Session will be held on Monday 12 August 2019 at Horizon Power’s Administration Centre located at 18 Brodie-Hall Drive, Bentley Western Australia.
