The mission statement of our centre is: INFORM – EDUCATE – EMPOWER – our community

We are community owned. Our board of directors consist of six voluntary committee members and we employ a staff of five, with assistance from valuable community volunteers.

We value:
High Performance – the excitement and fulfilment of achieving superior business results and stretching our capabilities.
Integrity – including doing what we say we will do.
Win-Win Relationships – having relationships which focus on the creation of value for all parties.
The Courage to Lead Change – accepting responsibility to inspire and delivery positive change in the face of adversity.
Respect for Each Other – the embracing of diversity, enriched by openness, sharing, trust, teamwork and involvement.

We are successful when creating value when:
Our stakeholders are realizing a superior return on their investment.
Our customers and suppliers are benefiting from our business relationships.
Our community in which we operate value our citizenship.
Every employee starts each day with a sense of purpose and ends each day with a sense of accomplishment.

With over 21 years of service, the Beverley CRC has a deep and identifiable culture within our community. It is based on friendliness, honesty, openness, and efficiency and in the knowledge of excellent results in what we have done and in what we continue to do for our stakeholders and customers.

The committee and staff strive to bring innovative ideas to develop and promote the town and the Shire of Beverley. High on the agenda is to improve the social wellbeing of the community.
