• Units have 2 bedrooms, both of which have ceiling fans.
• There is a large, open plan kitchen, living and dining area.
• Units are unfurnished.
• Maximum of 2 persons per unit.
• One pet per unit permitted (subject to review and approval).
• Priority is given to those over 65yrs and applicants living with a disability, however we also accept applications from those on low incomes and those who may have an existing home (conditions apply).
